About Me

As an experienced real estate developer, Jordan has helped improve communities throughout southern Ontario with exceptional residential, commercial, retail and industrial projects.

Jordan learned real estate from the ground up, having started as a property manager at Gorge Holdings Inc. in 2006. Four years later he became the president of the company. In those early years he learned the essential basics, the nuts-and-bolts of a successful development and property management company. He handled all leases, tenant relations, renovations, property maintenance, repairs, contracts and rent collection.

His projects span the Niagara Region and range from charming residential units to commercial shopping plazas and Industrial complexes. In St. Catherines, Jordan is currently working to meet the city’s need for more residential units. Gorge Holdings owns a parking lot on Ontario Street between Church Street and King Street in the downtown core. It’s a one-acre lot that Jordan identified as an ideal location for new residences. He’s planning a luxury rental building that will consist of approximately 150 high-quality, affordable apartments. Included will be protected underground parking, storage space, and commercial/retail units located at street level.

Meanwhile, in Welland, Jordan is developing 25 residential building lots. It’s situated in a great central location just steps away from Niagara Street, which has many local businesses, restaurants and cafes, and retail stores and services. Nearby, Gorge Holdings recently completed a neighborhood retail and commercial shopping plaza with a range of national tenants including Starbucks, Sleep country and national quick serve food stores.

Gorge Holdings is also developing a new industrial complex in Thorold, located just off highway 406.  The first phase of the project consists of three multi-unit buildings, totaling 80,000 square feet.

In London, Jordan is leading a project that features 60 luxury rental suites in a multi-unit residential building.

Other properties Jordan had worked on recently include Tremont Square across from the Pen Centre in St. Catharines, a prestige office building at 40 King St. in downtown St. Catharines, and a hotel property in the center of the Niagara Falls tourist district.

Each project features a creative approach to fill a need for residential, retail, commercial or industrial space. Each is beautifully designed, efficiently executed, and conceived with the idea of improving neighborhoods and strengthening communities.
